Diets don’t work. Improving your lifestyle begins with eating whole food and a game plan. If your focus at the moment is weight loss, I’ll guide you through the structure of a meal plan, science-based supplementation and education with videos and pdfs.

Much of your success depends on making time to prepare for a weight loss program and making it a priority. If you’re ready to be held accountable by your health coach (me), then let’s get started on finding a better you. It’s a great way to ease into your summer clothes too. You can do this!

Prep Week Before the Program Starts

We’ll schedule one hour via zoom as an added bonus to set you up for success. Will you need support from your family? Are there unhealthy snacks and temptations in your cabinets that you need to toss? Here are other details we’ll cover:

  • Weight loss goals
  • Total body measurements
  • Low glycemic shopping lists and recipes
  • Vitamin assessment and product recommendations
  • Tips and tools

The 21-Day Program Includes

  • Weekly 1/2 hour zoom session to review the week
